In an effort to enhance our support and service to our customers, we are looking for a reliable individual to support our Field Applications Group.

Job Duties:

Assists in product checkouts and application issues.

Supports Field Applications group on manufacturing, maintenance and troubleshooting issues.

Maintains and schedules demo and applications equipments.

Maintains kits and parts inventory.

Prepares machines for the buy-offs.

Travels to customer sites for preventive maintenance or service about 4-6 times a year.

Requirements:

AA degree from college or technical training. This position requires good mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities. Ability to read mechanical blueprints and electrical schematics. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Diplomatic customer service skills. Ability to organize and prioritize. Proven record of excellent attendance and reliability. Willingness to travel 4-6 trips a year.
